ATLAS BOUTIQUE — Refund & Return Policy

Returns We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@atlasboutique.com.au within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer direct exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us at contact@atlasboutique.com.au with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for, and we'll arrange it for you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@atlasboutique.com.au within 15 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
